That was the theme of Prof Doreen Weisenhaus’ talk at the Foreign Correspondents Club, Hong Kong, in which she analyzed laws that help or hinder journalists, examined legal developments in Hong Kong that impact press freedom and suggested reforms that would benefit journalists and the public.
