Update: HK court rules tycoon can sue Google for libel over search function

A Hong Kong court has ruled that local tycoon Albert Yeung can sue Google for defamation over the “autocomplete” function of its search engine that suggested links to organized crime. Decision could have far-reaching consequences for global tech giant. (This updates reference on page 45 of book.)
